Job summary

The Citco Group Limited is seeking a Senior Vice President in Client Services to drive service excellence for a private equity client portfolio. You will shape client service strategy, build relationships at the C-suite level, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality outcomes with a focus on growth and risk management.

You will oversee service delivery, reporting, and governance, while mentoring teams to sustain performance and client satisfaction in a dynamic, global environment.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of private equity experience in fund administration or related environments.
• Proven experience leading and developing teams with a track record of high performance.
• Ability to manage complex client relationships with professionalism, empathy and clarity.
• Sound understanding of risk management principles in fund services.
• Proactive, growth-oriented mindset with ability to identify opportunities.
• Excellent communication skills across client, team and leadership levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead and implement a client service programme delivering high-quality experiences for key clients.
• Build trusted relationships with C-suite stakeholders and senior decision-makers.
• Establish, manage and monitor client service level agreements with meaningful reporting.
• Participate in client calls and oversee reporting delivery with accuracy and timeliness.
• Act as a senior escalation point for complex client issues and drive solutions.
• Identify and pursue opportunities for growth across the business line.
• Oversee accounts receivable for the client portfolio and support fee collection.
• Lead cross-functional projects and contribute to governance and risk initiatives.
• Provide monthly reporting on operational risk, project status and developments.
• Develop and coach team members to ensure effective departmental operations.
