Responsibilities

• Manages custody onboarding and new business implementations; coordinates with client, consultant, prior custodian and investment manager to set transition guidelines.
• Serves as primary client contact on transition issues; communicates requirements to clients and external parties.
• Translates client needs into procedures and documentation for internal areas.
• Participates in pre-implementation meetings to identify client needs and coordinate teams.
• Coordinates workstreams and sets meetings to discuss ongoing servicing requirements.
• Creates and maintains transition project plans and onboarding schedules.
• Monitors milestones, scope, and deadlines; reports progress to management and steering groups.
