Job summary

Northern Trust in Ireland is seeking an experienced professional for an onboarding-focused role within the Irish Fund Accounting New Business team. You will ensure operational readiness for funds across Luxembourg fund structures, lead client onboarding and transitions, and help shape the strategic direction of valuation services with system enhancements.

Relevant professional qualifications.
Strong project management and presentation skills.
Excellent communication and client servicing abilities.
Experience with fund accounting systems and data flows.
Experience with Luxembourg-focused funds and CSSF regulations.

Responsibilities

Lead onboarding of new clients and fund launches, ensuring operational readiness across Fund Accounting.
To be the technical and subject matter expert of various fund activity and specifically around setting up a fund and transitions.
Develop and maintain an understanding of the industry and NT’s system capabilities, infrastructure and data flows.
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, solving onboarding challenges and co-creating operating models that support their requirements.
Minimise errors in all deliverables and manage operational risk.
