Job summary

U.S. Bank, through its Elavon platform, seeks a senior client relationship leader for the Global Fund Custody team in Europe. You will manage a portfolio of strategic clients, serve as the primary contact, and coordinate cross‑functional delivery with Operations, Product, Network Management, and Treasury.

The role offers mentorship of juniors, opportunities to drive service improvements, and a strong focus on client satisfaction while ensuring regulatory compliance across Europe.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience.
• Typically five or more years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of operations, systems, procedures and products.
• Understanding of applicable laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Directly and through staff, manages day‑to‑day service delivery for client portfolios.
• Acts as primary client contact and senior liaison across U.S. Bank and Europe teams.
• Mentors junior team members and supports onboarding of new clients.
• Drives improvements in service delivery and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Ensures compliance with policies and regulatory requirements across regions.
