Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a senior professional to join the Global Fund Custody team in Europe, managing a portfolio of strategic client relationships and delivering a best-in-class client experience.

You will act as the primary contact for clients, oversee day-to-day service delivery, support onboarding, and collaborate with Operations, Product, Network Management and Treasury while mentoring junior staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience.
• Typically five or more years of relevant experience.
• Thorough knowledge of operational functions, systems, procedures, and products/services.
• Understanding of applicable laws and regulations (Federal/State).
• Strong organizational, managerial and project management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Directly and through staff, manages and coordinates the operational activities for assigned functional area(s)/region(s).
• Ensures quality service and effective operations support for all assigned internal and external customers.
• Leads high performance teams by setting goals, providing feedback, and building accountability.
• Oversees adherence to corporate policies and regulations within area of responsibility.
• Participates in reviewing and improving operational systems and procedures.
