Job summary

Medidata is seeking a Global Client Executive - Partners to lead executive-level engagement with a CRO partner and drive multi-year growth toward full AI-enabled platform adoption. This role requires strong cross-functional leadership and close collaboration with Medidata's sales, product, and services teams.

The position is based in Ireland, with frequent on-site collaboration at the partner's headquarters, and involves shaping joint business strategies and executive governance to accelerate

Qualifications

10-15+ years in enterprise SaaS sales or alliance/partner management.
Proven track record negotiating platform deals with C-suite executives.
Based in Ireland or near the CRO partner's Irish HQ for on-site work.
Strong understanding of Life Sciences and clinical R&D ecosystems.

Responsibilities

Lead executive-level relationships with the CRO partner's senior leaders.
Create and govern joint business plans and GTM initiatives for platform deals.
Drive multi-year growth toward full AI-enabled platform adoption.
Coordinate global cross-functional resources across Sales, Pre-Sales, Ops, and PM.
Maintain frequent on-site presence at the partner's Ireland headquarters.
