Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor with solid corporate experience gained in a well-regarded corporate team.
• Strong technical, drafting and analytical skills, with sound commercial judgement.
• Comfortable working across a broad mix of matters and taking real ownership of your work.
• An interest in international work and in helping to build a growing team.

Responsibilities

• Advise domestic and international clients on a wide range of corporate transactions and advisory matters.
• Run or support deals from start to finish, depending on experience, including diligence, drafting and negotiating transaction documents, and closing.
• Work closely with partners and international colleagues on cross-border matters.
• Build strong client relationships and contribute to the growth of the Dublin practice.
• Supervise and mentor junior team members (Senior Associate level).
