Hydrogen Group seeks an Irish-qualified NQ Corporate Lawyer for its Dublin office. You will work on a broad range of corporate and M&A matters with an international client base, including cross-border transactions.

This is an excellent platform for continued development at NQ level within a leading Corporate team in a renowned international law firm based in Ireland.

Formación

• Irish-qualified NQ / recently qualified solicitor.
• Strong corporate / M&A training.
• Ideally trained in a leading Irish or London firm.
• Strong academics and technical grounding.

A leading international law firm is looking to strengthen its Dublin Corporate team with an NQ Corporate Lawyer.

The team advises a broad range of domestic and international clients across M&A, reorganisations, joint ventures and general corporate advisory work. The practice has a strong international focus, with lawyers regularly working on complex, cross-border transactions alongside leading clients and international counsel.

This is a particularly interesting opportunity for an Irish-qualified NQ who is currently based in Ireland, or an Irish lawyer looking to return home following training in London.
