Reed Specialist Recruitment Limited in Dublin is seeking an Associate Lawyer to join our Corporate M&A practice. The role requires 2-5 years' post-qualification experience and offers exposure to cross-border deals, drafting, and business development.

You will work with domestic and international clients, manage competing deadlines, and contribute to client relationships within a leading Irish law firm with 100+ years' history.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years' post-qualification experience in Corporate M&A.
• Strong academic credentials.
• Excellent analytical, technical, and drafting skills.
• High level of commercial and business awareness.
• Calm and measured approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal and commercial expertise to pioneering market participants, both domestic and international.
• Work as part of cross-border and interdisciplinary teams to advise on various corporate activities.
• Engage actively in business development and thought leadership initiatives, seeking opportunities for new work.
• Draft legal documents clearly and concisely, using legal knowledge and commercial judgement to advise and assist clients.
• Attend networking and marketing events to promote the firm and build professional relationships.
• Develop and maintain reliable relationships with clients, ensuring the highest quality of service and acting in a diligent, entrusted, and professional manner.
