Job summary

Achuman Capital Limited in Ireland is seeking an Associate for a leading national law firm’s Corporate team in Dublin. You will work closely with a top partner on high-quality M&A transactions within the energy sector, advising on buy-side and sell-side deals and joint ventures.

The role involves corporate due diligence, managing data rooms, drafting completion documents and resolutions, and assisting with post-completion matters in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will join a busy and growing Corporate team, working closely with a leading partner on high-quality M&A transactions within the energy sector. Previous energy experience is not required.

The role will involve advising on buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions and joint ventures, carrying out corporate due diligence and managing data rooms. The successful candidate will also draft completion documents, resolutions and other transaction ancillaries, assist with transaction completions and manage post-completion matters.
