Prospects Recruitment is partnering with a Dublin corporate law firm to recruit Corporate Associates and Senior Associate to expand its M&A practice. role offers greater responsibility, direct client involvement and end-to-end ownership of transactions.

Ideal candidates will have 2–5 years PQE in corporate/M&A within a leading commercial firm, strong deal experience and a commercial mindset, with an interest in AI-enabled legal technologies.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years PQE in corporate/M&A within a leading commercial firm.
• Experience advising on mergers, acquisitions, and disposals.
• Commercial approach with ability to develop client relationships.
• Interest in how AI/tech can improve legal delivery.

Responsibilities

• Advisaing on mergers, acquisitions and disposals for buyers and sellers.
• Managing transactions through the full deal lifecycle from structuring to completion.
• Drafting and negotiating transaction documents (SPA, shareholders agreements, investment agreements).
• Advising on private equity, venture capital investments and corporate reorganisations.
• Working directly with clients and taking day-to-day responsibility for transactions.
