Responsibilities

• Advise domestic and international clients on a wide range of corporate transactions and advisory matters.
• Run or support deals from start to finish, depending on experience, including diligence, drafting and negotiating transaction documents, and closing.
• Work closely with partners and international colleagues on cross-border matters.
• Build strong client relationships and contribute to the growth of the Dublin practice.
• Supervise and mentor junior team members (Senior Associate level).

Our client, an international law firm with a growing Dublin office, is looking for Associates and Senior Associates to join its Corporate team. This is an opportunity for corporate lawyers who want variety, high-calibre work and the visibility that comes with a team where every associate counts.

The team is highly dynamic and very international. It acts for a broad, global client base, and associates are not boxed into one area: you could be working across M&A, private equity, investments, joint ventures, reorganisations and general corporate advisory work, often alongside colleagues in other jurisdictions. The quality of instruction is excellent, and the lead partner is closely involved in developing the team.
