Job summary

Salesforce seeks a Dublin-based Senior Leader to own the broad-based international compensation strategy and advisory agenda for markets outside the United States. You will translate enterprise rewards principles into locally relevant, scalable programs and provide market insight to enterprise decisions.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive compensation or Total Rewards experience across multiple markets outside the United States.
• Expertise in compensation philosophy, job architecture, market pricing, salary structures, geographic pay and cycles.
• Experience navigating diverse labor markets, currencies, employment frameworks, and employee-representation environments.
• Strong communication, influence, and partnership with senior stakeholders across Finance, Legal, and HR.

Responsibilities

• Define international compensation agenda and translate enterprise principles into market priorities.
• Maintain international job architecture with consistent levels and profiles across markets.
• Design locally credible pay structures and refresh cadences using approved market data.
• Run the international annual compensation agenda including budgets, systems, and communications.
• Lead international compensation in M&A diligence and integration planning.
