Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Dublin-based Vice President, International Compensation to own the broad-based compensation strategy for markets outside the United States. This leader will translate enterprise rewards principles into locally relevant programs and bring market, regulatory, and employee insight into decisions.

You will own international job architecture, salary ranges, and equity alignment, partnering with Legal, Tax, Finance, and Mobility to drive fair, compliant outcomes across multiple

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive compensation or Total Rewards experience across multiple markets outside the United States.
• Experience with compensation philosophy, job architecture, market pricing, salary structures, geographic pay, and program governance.
• Proven ability to translate enterprise principles into international strategies and governance.

Responsibilities

• Define the international compensation agenda and translate enterprise strategy into local market principles.
• Design and maintain international salary ranges and pay structures across markets.
• Lead international annual compensation programs including base pay, incentives, and governance.
• Ensure pay equity, transparency, and regulatory readiness across EU markets.
• Partner with Mobility, Tax, Payroll, Finance, Legal, and HR to implement compensation initiatives.
