Jobgether and our partner are seeking a Clinical Site Payment Associate Manager based in Ireland. You will oversee end-to-end site payments for investigators and clinics, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely compensation across multinational studies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in business/finance.
• At least five years in clinical payments and end-to-end site payments.
• Knowledge of investigator/site workflows, budgets, reconciliations and forecasting.
• Strong financial analysis, critical thinking and problem-solving.
• Proficiency with MS Office, EDC platforms and CTMS tools.
• Excellent written and verbal English and attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Manage clinical site payments end-to-end in line with procedures/regulations.
• Review and validate financial data from budgets, EDC, and CTMS.
• Oversee invoice management, investigate discrepancies, and resolve issues.
• Perform reconciliations, accruals, and forecasting.
• Develop and maintain standardized payment reports.
• Identify opportunities to optimize workflows using AI/automation.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
• Maintain audit-ready documentation.
