Responsibilities

• Lead multiple concurrent capability initiatives from opportunity framing to proof of concept, scale, or closure.
• Translate strategic priorities into clear problem statements, outcomes and roadmaps.
• Define value logic with finance and business owners; develop business cases and baselines.
• Partner with analytics to identify opportunities and set KPIs and data sources.
• Design governance and operating standards to support replication and growth.
