Job summary

Archer Recruitment Pte Ltd in Dublin is seeking a Business Change Lead to shape how a growing international engineering group manages change across projects in data centres, pharmaceuticals and energy.

You will work with senior leaders in Operations, HR and IT to plan, implement and sustain adoption of new systems and ways of working, taking ownership of the people side of change and delivering communications and training to ensure adoption.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in a dedicated business change management role.
• Experience applying ADKAR methodology.
• Qualification in change management or related discipline.
• Experience delivering communications, training and engagement plans with evidence of adoption.

Responsibilities

• Lead the people side of change from planning to sustained adoption.
• Partner with senior leaders across Operations, HR and IT.
• Shape change management approach, tools and governance.
• Support across multiple engineering projects and sites.
