Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Field Service.
• Strong knowledge of Power Apps, Power Automate and the wider Power Platform.
• Experience with APIs, system integrations and data migration.

Responsibilities

• Own Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions end-to-end.
• Design, develop and deliver integrations between systems.
• Improve customer experience and operational efficiency through automation.
