Job summary

Archer Recruitment Pte Ltd in Ireland is seeking an IT Project Manager to own greenfield IT and business projects, turning business ideas into action and delivering from planning to delivery. You will work with senior leadership, technology teams, and external partners to drive successful outcomes.

You will manage scoping, planning, timelines, budgets, risks and milestones across multiple projects with a hands-on, proactive approach and strong stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT project management or delivery experience.
• Experience delivering IT projects, including software implementations and vendors.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously without losing sight of the bigger picture.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• A proactive, hands-on approach turning business requirements into delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple greenfield IT and business projects from scoping and planning through to delivery.
• Drive software implementations, new systems and business process improvements.
• Coordinate internal IT teams, business analysts, senior stakeholders and external partners.
• Own project timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies and milestones.
• Bring structure, clarity and accountability to cross-functional projects.
