Job summary

Global Professional Consultants is seeking an Engineering Director to lead data centre and mission-critical projects internationally from Dublin, with relocation opportunities to Scandinavia.

In this role you will provide strategic technical leadership, oversee 20MW+ projects, manage multidisciplinary teams from concept through construction and commissioning, drive quality and client satisfaction, and build long-term relationships with major international clients.

Qualifications

• Extensive leadership experience in data centres or mission-critical infrastructure.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale data centre(20MW+) projects.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary engineering teams on international projects.
• Strong technical understanding of engineering design, delivery and coordination.
• Experience overseeing performance, risk, quality and client requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and technical leadership across large international data centre projects.
• Oversee engineering design, delivery, and coordination from concept to commissioning.
• Lead senior engineering and project teams, ensuring design quality and performance.
• Develop and maintain client relationships and ensure alignment with project goals.
