ICDS (UK) Ltd in Dublin seeks a Business Unit Director for Construction & Energy to lead the delivery and growth of a new Energy Unit across Ireland and the UK. You will be accountable for safe, profitable delivery of major energy infrastructure projects including renewables, BESS, CHP, substations, grid connections and power generation.

You will oversee the full lifecycle from bid to handover, drive commercial performance, governance and client satisfaction, and build high-performing project

Qualifications

• Degree qualified in Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline.
• 15+ years' experience delivering major energy or power infrastructure projects.
• Strong track record of leading multidisciplinary teams and complex project portfolios.
• Expertise in energy generation, renewable technologies, substations and grid infrastructure.
• Commercially astute with excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Lead the delivery and growth of a newly formed Energy Business Unit across Ireland and the UK. This executive leadership role is accountable for the safe, profitable and successful delivery of major energy infrastructure projects, including renewables, BESS, CHP, substations, grid connections and power generation.

You will oversee the full project lifecycle, from bid and planning through construction, commissioning and handover, while driving commercial performance, operational excellence, governance and client satisfaction.
