Job summary

ICDS (UK) Ltd. seeks a Business Unit Director– Construction & Energy to lead the new Energy Business Unit across Ireland and the UK, ensuring safe, profitable delivery of major energy infrastructure projects including renewables, BESS, CHP, substations and grid connections.

You will oversee the full lifecycle from bid through handover, driving commercial performance, governance and client satisfaction while shaping strategy and growth in a rapidly evolving energy sector.

Qualifications

• Must have engineering or construction management degree.
• 15+ years' experience delivering major energy or power infrastructure projects.
• Strong track record leading multidisciplinary teams and complex project portfolios.
• Expertise in energy generation, renewable technologies, substations and grid infrastructure.

Business Unit Director– Construction & Energy | Dublin

Lead the delivery and growth of a newly formed Energy Business Unit across Ireland and the UK. This executive leadership role is accountable for the safe, profitable and successful delivery of major energy infrastructure projects, including renewables, BESS, CHP, substations, grid connections and power generation.

You will oversee the full project lifecycle, from bid and planning through construction, commissioning and handover, while driving commercial performance, operational excellence, governance and client satisfaction.
