Job summary

Hopkins Merchandising Limited is seeking a Project Co-Ordinator to support the project manager in planning, execution, and delivery across multiple trade sectors. You will help create timelines, manage milestones, and coordinate between clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure successful outcomes.

The role requires strong proficiency in MS Project, Jira, Power BI, and Tableau, excellent English communication, and the ability to manage budgets and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the planning, execution and delivery of projects from initiation through completion.
• Creating and maintaining project timelines, milestones, deliverables and dependencies. The daily management and maintenance of Projects
• Acting as a point of contact between project managers, internal departments, clients, suppliers and other stakeholders.
• Assisting with expenditure tracking, purchase orders, invoices and project budgets.
• Maintaining project information in systems.
