Job summary

Tate in Ireland, part of Kingspan Group, seeks a Project Coordinator to oversee planning, organisation and execution of projects across Europe. You will collaborate with teams to ensure timely delivery, coordination with operations and strong data reporting. Responsibilities

• End-to-end customer management, demonstrating initiative and ownership to yield the best possible results.
• Coordinate each contract with operations and production, notifying teams of changes.
• Collate reports, data and analysis on dispatch, stock availability, procurement and production.
• Act as the point of contact for customer enquiries, orders and concerns related to manufacturing products.
• Lead the rollout of SOPs: develop and implement standardised operating procedures to streamline project processes.
• Conduct root cause analysis for project issues to identify underlying problems.
• Introduce and promote best practices within the team to enhance project efficiency.

About the Role

The Project Coordinator plays a pivotal role in Tate Europe's project management, serving as the linchpin that ensures seamless coordination and execution of tasks. Responsible for planning, organising, and implementing projects, the Project Coordinator collaborates closely with team members and stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and adherence to project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• End to end customer management, demonstrating initiative and ownership to yield the best possible results.
• Working to critical dates, coordinating each contract with operations and production and notifying teams of any changes within
• Collating reports, data and analysis on dispatch, stock availability, procurement and production
• Acting as the point of contact for customer enquiries, orders, and concerns related to manufacturing products.
• Lead the Rollout of SOPs: Develop and implement standardised operating procedures (SOPs) to streamline project processes.
• Root Cause Analysis: Conduct thorough root cause analysis for project issues to identify underlying problems.
• Best Practice Implementation: Introduce and promote best practices within the team to enhance project efficiency.

Qualifications, Experience & Skills

Experience:

• Degree qualification within a business or similar discipline.
• Proven track record as a project coordinator from an engineering backgroud
• Strong stakeholder management with a high level of reporting skills.
• A high level of initiative, forward thinking and prioritisation to navigate any changes.
• Experience with SAP (or similar ERP system), EXCEL, Power BI and forecasting.
• Understanding of manufacturing or the data centre sector is desirable
