Job summary

Grant Thornton Ireland is seeking a Brand Marketing and Media Director to lead global brand campaigns, paid media, social execution and measurement. The role delivers strategy, investment, and cross-market activation to strengthen market presence and drive commercial growth.

You will build an in-house paid media function, align budgets, and report results to leadership while shaping narratives and adapting campaigns for local markets.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of brand or marketing leadership experience in B2B or professional services, including director level experience.
• Experience building and running an in-house paid media function.
• Experience leading brand campaigns across multiple markets with local adaptation.
• Experience improving social media performance and linking it to pipeline.
• Experience managing activation budgets across markets and reallocating investments.
• Strong storytelling and copywriting abilities for campaign messaging.
• Experience developing measurement frameworks tying brand investment to pipeline and revenue.
