Job summary

Grant Thornton Ireland is seeking an Associate Director - Advisory Marketing to lead marketing for the Advisory service line. You will partner with senior leaders to translate business priorities into focused go-to-market activity, shaping market positioning and driving pipeline and revenue.

In this senior role, you will manage campaigns, thought leadership, client engagement and enablement materials, collaborating across the regional marketing team to prioritise and deliver against business

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; postgraduate qualification in marketing or business preferred.
• 10+ years in B2B marketing with direct experience marketing advisory or management consulting services.
• Experience with senior partner and director-level stakeholders, including accountability for partner-facing campaigns.
• Strong commercial acumen, with experience aligning marketing activity to pipeline growth and revenue priorities.
• Experience leading integrated go-to-market programmes across campaigns, thought leadership, pursuits and client engagement.
• Familiarity with marketing technology including CRM and automation platforms.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary marketing partner for Advisory leadership.
• Build trusted relationships with Advisory partners and senior leaders on priorities and growth opportunities.
• Translate business priorities into marketing briefs, campaign plans and activation requirements.
• Lead go-to-market planning for Advisory to drive revenue opportunities.
• Own Advisory marketing execution within the plan, including sector-specific activity.
• Translate campaigns into content, thought leadership, credentials and case studies.
• Support localisation of global campaigns with market-specific insight.
• Deliver rapid response activity triggered by deals or market changes.
• Produce sales enablement materials linked to campaigns.
• Collaborate with pursuit teams for priority opportunities.
• Advise leadership on market positioning and campaign investments.
• Identify opportunities to raise Advisory’s market profile through thought leadership and events.
• Partner with senior leaders on priority pursuits and strategic growth.
• Ensure consistent execution across events, content, digital and client engagement.
• Track campaign delivery and report monthly.
