Job summary

Identity Digital is seeking a Sr. Manager, Business Operations to lead planning and day-to-day activities of the Business Operations team for the Identity Digital Registry.

You will report to the VP of Product & Engineering and drive operational excellence across critical processes and cross-functional initiatives. The role requires 10+ years in business operations with at least 5+ years in management, plus a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of business operations experience, with at least 5+ years in a management role.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology Management, Operations, or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of the domain name industry and its processes is a strong asset.

Responsibilities

• Streamline internal workflows and set SOPs for high-priority Registry tasks.
• Define the long-term operational roadmap aligning with product launches and registry system enhancements.
• Leverage tools to automate repetitive tasks and improve reporting.
• Lead and manage a global team located in Toronto and Dublin.
• Act as liaison between Business Operations and departmental leadership across the company.
