Job summary

Identity Digital is seeking a Manager, Business Operations to plan resource allocation and run day-to-day operations for the Business Operations department. The role reports to the VP of Product & Engineering and drives operational excellence across the Registry team.

Responsibilities include managing a global team in Toronto and Dublin, setting SOPs, coordinating with engineering and product leads, and pushing for automation and better reporting.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of business operations, technical operations, or related experience.
• 1-3 years in a team lead, supervisory, or management role.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology Management, Operations, or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of the domain name industry and its processes is a strong asset.

Responsibilities

• Streamline internal workflows and set SOPs for high-priority Registry tasks.
• Manage daily workflows and ensure milestones for product launches, TLD migrations, and registry system enhancements.
• Leverage tools to automate repetitive tasks and design improved reporting mechanisms.
• Work cross-functionally to ensure successful Registry operations and high requester satisfaction.
• Lead and manage a global team located in both Toronto and Dublin.
• Act as liaison between Business Operations and leadership across the company.
• Advocate for system bug fixes, feature requests, and workflow automation with Engineering and Product teams.
• Participate in talent lifecycle: hiring, onboarding, mentoring, coaching, performance management.
