Job summary

Identity Digital is seeking a Sr. Manager, Business Operations to plan resource allocation for the Business Operations department and manage day-to-day operations.

You will coordinate with the VP of Product & Engineering to prioritize incoming requests from internal and external stakeholders and ensure Registry operations are performed timely with high quality. You will lead a global team based in Dublin and Toronto, collaborate across Account Management, Technical Support, Revenue

Qualifications

• 10+ years of business operations experience, with at least 5+ years in a management role.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology Management, Operations, or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of the domain name industry and its processes is a strong asset.

Responsibilities

• Streamline internal workflows and set SOPs for high-priority Registry tasks; drive continuous improvement.
• Define long-term operational roadmap aligning with product launches, TLD migrations, and registry system enhancements.
• Automate repetitive tasks and design better reporting mechanisms.
• Work cross-functionally to ensure successful Registry operations and high requester satisfaction.
• Lead and manage a global team located in Dublin and Toronto; liaise with leadership across departments.
