Hyceon (MCA Architects) is seeking a Bid Coordinator to support the preparation and submission of tenders across public and private sector opportunities. You will work with subject matter experts to assemble high-quality proposals, ensuring deadlines and compliance.

You'll coordinate inputs from consultants, manage document control and quality checks, and help develop bid templates and resources. The role combines rigorous accuracy with collaborative teamwork in a hybrid Dublin-based setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in bid coordination or bid support in architecture/engineering
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities
• Excellent written and verbal communication across disciplines
• Proficient in MS Office; InDesign experience is a plus

Responsabilités

• Coordinate preparation and submission of tenders and bid submissions across public and private sector opportunities.
• Review RFP and tender documentation to identify submission requirements, deliverables, deadlines and compliance requirements.
• Coordinate inputs from subject matter experts, consultants and colleagues to meet deadlines.
• Liaise with external subconsultants and project partners, tracking deliverables for timely submission.
• Prepare, format and compile bid documentation to a high standard, applying brand guidelines and producing professional documents.
• Own document control, proofreading and quality checks, and coordinate final bid production.
• Support ongoing development of bid templates, processes and resources.
