Job summary

Mason Hayes & Curran LLP, a leading Irish law firm based in Dublin with international offices, is seeking a Bid Administrator for a permanent, full-time role. You will support a busy bids team with trackers, templates, precedents, and lawyer CV preparation, applying strong Word/Excel/PowerPoint skills and attention to detail.

The role offers flexible/hybrid working arrangements and opportunities to contribute across practice areas.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of administrative support experience.
• Highly proficient with Microsoft Word, including advanced formatting, tables and TOCs.
• Proficient with PowerPoint and Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail, time management, and organisational skills.
• Flexible in a deadline-driven environment.
• Experience in a legal/bids environment is an asset but not required.

Responsibilities

• Update the team trackers and internal bid information regularly.
• Update bid templates and create new practice area templates on request.
• Update precedents and contract examples with latest information.
• Prepare organisational charts for bids.
• Prepare draft CVs for bids and coordinate with practice area teams for updates.
• Create CV templates for new starters.
• Coordinate the bid library/database project and keep information current.
• Manage workload and support other admin projects as needed.
