Job summary

Meta is seeking an experienced Benefits Manager to lead the design, strategy, and delivery of employee benefits across EMEA. You will own multi-country portfolios covering health, retirement, leaves, and family programs, ensuring they are competitive, compliant, and aligned with Meta's people strategy.

You will partner with legal, finance, payroll, and HR leaders, navigate regulatory nuances, and act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders while driving vendor relationships and program excellence.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in benefits program design, management, or consulting focused on EMEA markets.
• Experience managing multi-country benefits programs including health, retirement, and family benefits.
• Experience leading large-scale cross-functional benefits projects from strategy to implementation, including vendor negotiations.
• Experience advising senior leaders on cost-benefit decisions and compliance risk.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and continuous improvement of multi-country benefits programs across EMEA.
• Develop multi-year benefits strategies and roadmaps aligned with priorities.
• Ensure regulatory compliance across EMEA jurisdictions with legal and payroll teams.
• Build relationships with stakeholders to drive program effectiveness.
• Collaborate with global benefits to align regional and international strategies.
