Qualifications

• 5+ years of experienced leadership in benefits strategy, administration and communications for multiple European countries (technology environment preferred).
• 3+ years of people-management experience (global experience preferred).
• Experience with scaling a global function to support business goals and growth; strong best-practice awareness.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic evolution and execution of benefit programs in 21 EMEA countries.
• Pension management/oversight; ensure compliant, equitable, competitive benefits in-region.
