Job summary

Juspay is hiring an Implementation & Servicing Lead to own delivery and ongoing service for bank partners in the UK and Europe. You will run programmes that take Juspay payment platforms from contract to live, then ensure reliability in production.

This hands‑on, client‑facing role requires coordinating Juspay engineering and product teams globally, and owning the operating and support model for major banks.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in payments implementation, delivery or client servicing with banks/ PSPs
• Proven delivery of complex payment programmes from contract to live
• Strong understanding of card payments, 3DS, tokenisation and risk management
• Experience with PSD2, GDPR and SEPA in Europe
• Fluent in communicating with senior stakeholders and cross‑functional teams

Responsibilities

• Lead bank implementation programmes end to end from scoping to go‑live
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams across Europe and India
• Own operating models, SLAs and incident management for production payment services
• Lead post go‑live support and root‑cause analyses
• Identify expansion opportunities with bank partners
