Job summary

Salve.Inno Consulting is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to scale an AI-first recruitment function. You will own international hiring across technical and non-technical roles, partnering with the CEO and leaders to attract top global talent.

The role emphasizes strategic sourcing, hands-on execution and experimentation with AI-powered tools in a fast-moving startup environment, with fully remote work across Europe and a strong focus on building diverse, high-caliber teams.

Qualifications

3+ years professional recruitment experience, including 2+ years in technology recruitment.
Experience in startup/scale-up environments.
Experience recruiting internationally (USA, Europe, LATAM).

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end recruitment across technical and non-technical roles.
Identify and engage professionals from leading tech companies and international hubs.
Develop innovative sourcing strategies for passive candidates globally.
Experiment with AI-powered recruitment technologies and tools.
Maintain accurate candidate data in ATS and recruitment pipelines.
Collaborate with CEO and leaders to set hiring priorities and workforce requirements.
Ensure a professional candidate experience throughout the process.
