Salve.Lab is hiring an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our fast-growing AI technology company. As the third member of the Talent Acquisition team, you will work directly with the CEO to identify, attract and hire top talent globally, with a focus on technical roles.

You will lead international recruitment initiatives and help build an AI-first TA function. Based in Ireland/with fully remote capabilities in Europe, you will leverage sourcing tools and AI agents to engage

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of professional recruitment experience, including at least 2 years in technology recruitment.
• Experience in startup or scale-up environments.
• Experience sourcing candidates internationally across USA, Europe, LATAM.
• Proficiency with ATS and modern recruitment technologies.
• Excellent English communication, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across technical and non-technical functions.
• Identify and engage high-calibre professionals from international markets.
• Develop innovative sourcing strategies including AI-powered approaches.
• Build long-term relationships with international talent pools.
• Conduct structured interviews to assess technical aptitude and fit.
• Collaborate with CEO and leaders to prioritise hiring and workforce needs.
• Maintain recruitment pipeline data in ATS and deliver a positive candidate experience.
