Qualifications

• Customer-facing experience is required.
• Degree or diploma in Computing, STEM, or a related field.
• Ability to prioritize, multitask, and work under pressure.
• Programming knowledge or ability to read code (Java, JavaScript, Python, or other languages) and familiarity with web technologies.
• Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Fluent English plus fluent French or German is required.
