Job summary

You will read, understand, and guide customers through code-related challenges (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL) with clear, professional communication and a strong focus on customer success. A collaborative, problem-solving mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues within enterprise software/SaaS environments.
• Ability to read and understand code and technical structures (SQL, JavaScript, HTML, CSS).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; customer-focused problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Lead investigations and resolutions of complex support issues related to functionalities, integrations, APIs, and platform performance.
• Read, analyze, and understand customer code to identify root causes without writing production code.
• Provide clear, timely solutions and best-practice guidance to optimise Salesforce usage.
• Manage full issue lifecycle from initial contact to resolution with a professional customer experience.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, knowledge base articles, and solution guides.
