Job summary

Keeper Security is seeking a Bilingual Implementation Engineer (German) to guide customers in Ireland and across EMEA through Keeper deployment and integration. The role requires coordinating onboarding, configuring the software to fit client needs, and delivering training and ongoing support.

You will work with German-speaking customers and collaborate with product, sales, and customer success teams. Candidates should have 5+ years in SaaS implementation, strong Linux and cloud knowledge, and

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in SaaS implementation or related roles.
• Must be bilingual, native German with English fluency (both verbal and written).
• Experience with SaaS deployment and security software is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with customers to understand business needs and tailor the implementation plan.
• Configure Keeper solutions to meet customer requirements across environments.
• Communicate with German-speaking customers, both verbally and in writing.
• Develop and deliver training sessions for customers on Keeper usage.
• Create comprehensive documentation and knowledge resources for customers.
• Provide level 2 technical support and troubleshoot issues.
• Maintain records of configurations and communications for each implementation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementations.
• Participate in internal meetings to relay customer needs and drive product improvements.
• Oversee multiple implementations concurrently with clear status updates to stakeholders.
