Job summary

Eurostaffs in Dublin is seeking a Client Optimization Specialist for the DACH region. In the SBS team you will support small business clients across lifecycle via phone, chat, and email to resolve issues and maximize account value.

You will collaborate with Product, Operations, and other teams to deliver outstanding experiences. The role requires German at C2 level and prior experience in online advertising or recruitment advertising.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of related experience.
• Experience in online advertising, SEM, PPC, recruitment advertising, or staffing agencies preferred.
• C2-level German language skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Have a consultative approach to assess the client’s pain points and suggest a solution.
• Become a go-to person for Eurostaffs products across our suite.
• Educate our clients so that they get the most value from Eurostaffs.
• Be motivated to achieve Client-centric KPIs such as CSAT and Conversion.
• Work in a team-centred environment and collaborate with Product, Operations, Search Quality, and Aggregation teams to troubleshoot problems and propose solutions.
