nbxTalent is hiring a Lead Qualification Representative (German) in Dublin to identify enterprise-level qualified opportunities and collaborate with our core sales team. You will engage with C-level decision makers and stakeholders daily, driving leads and qualifications through phone and email.

The role requires fluency in German and English, a proactive, sales-driven mindset, and the ability to work in a fast-growing sales program. Dublin office location with a dynamic team environment.

Qualifications

• Fluency in German (native) and English required.
• Experience with Salesforce.com is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify Enterprise Level qualified opportunities for the core sales team.
• Collaborate with the Senior Sales Team on success.
• Work with C-Level Decision Makers.
• Engage daily with stakeholders at an Enterprise level.
• Meet or exceed targets set by the business.
• Engage with customers via telephone and email to identify leads and qualifications.
• Demonstrate elite time management for high level communication with Senior Sales and decision makers.
• Lead from the front to ensure a nurturing process per demands.
• Conduct business dealings in a professional and proactive manner.
