Job summary

Good Job Creations (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking a seasoned logistics leader to drive forecasting, budgeting, and business planning to accelerate organisational growth. You will develop commercial strategies to expand revenue and market presence while managing sales, operations, and administrative functions for overall performance.

The role requires deep knowledge of the Singapore logistics market, P&L responsibility, and a proven track record in business development and digital transformation

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or supply chain industries.
• Experience in air freight operations; exposure to ocean freight and contract logistics is a plus.
• Strong understanding of the Singapore logistics market.
• Experience managing a business unit, branch, or department.
• Experience holding P&L responsibility.
• Proven budget planning, forecasting, and financial performance management.
• Experience managing both sales and operations teams.
• Demonstrated track record in business development and customer acquisition.
• Established network among local and multinational companies in Singapore is an added advantage.
• Experience leading digital transformation, CRM implementations, BI tools, or workflow digitalisation initiatives is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead forecasting, budgeting, and business planning to support growth.
• Develop and execute commercial strategies to expand revenue and market presence.
• Manage sales, operations, and administrative functions to ensure performance and efficiency.
• Oversee KPI setting and team management across departments.
• Drive business development and strengthen relationships with local and multinational customers.
• Expand existing accounts and new segments through strategic engagement.
• Prepare management reports and provide regular updates to regional stakeholders.
• Oversee operational excellence across air freight, ocean freight, warehousing, and supply chain activities.
• Lead process improvement, automation, and digital transformation projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience and operational performance.
• Support leadership and contribute to long-term succession planning.
