Qualifications

• Experience in automated entrance systems or related industries preferred.
• Proficiency in Chinese for liaising with Chinese-speaking clients and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and general computer software usage.
• Ability to learn and effectively utilize maintenance and operational software systems.
• Engineering background is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, including key decision-makers, to identify business opportunities.
• Manage existing customer accounts while pursuing new business development opportunities.
• Conduct market research and feasibility studies to identify new accessories and solutions for automated entrance systems.
• Evaluate local regulations and industry standards to support product development and market expansion.
• Manage contract negotiations and ensure favorable commercial terms.
• Assess and mitigate risks associated with contract terms and conditions.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.
