Job summary

CPL Executive is seeking a General Manager with Business Development to lead a small distribution and manufacturing business unit in Dublin North/Meath. The role combines strategic planning with hands-on leadership to drive sales performance, operational excellence and long-term growth.

Reporting to the MD, you will oversee sales, operations, customer service, logistics and team leadership with full P&L and working capital responsibility, delivering revenue growth and stronger market share.

• Experience managing P&L, financial performance and operating metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall commercial and operational performance of the business unit.

• Ensure warehousing, manufacturing, logistics operate to high standards.
