Reporting to the MD, you will oversee sales, operations, customer service, logistics and team leadership with full P&L and working capital responsibility, delivering revenue growth and stronger market share.

General Manager with Business Development – Small Distribution/Manufacturing - Dublin North/Meath
Cpl Executive are exclusively retained on this search and are seeking a commercially driven General Manager to lead the performance, growth and profitability of a dynamic distribution and manufacturing business unit. This leadership role offers the opportunity to take full ownership of a small business, combining strategic planning with hands-on leadership to drive sales performance, operational excellence and long-term business growth.
Reporting to the MD, you will oversee all aspects of the business unit including sales, operations, customer service, logistics and team leadership. With full P&L and working capital responsibility, you will be accountable for delivering sustainable revenue growth, strengthening market share and maximising return on investment.
You will play a central role in shaping commercial strategy, identifying new opportunities and building strong relationships with customers, suppliers and industry partners. Working closely with the sales team, you will lead business development initiatives, expand key accounts and ensure an outstanding customer experience.
