Tom Sheridan's in Galway is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of the bar and restaurant. You will own performance, ensure operational excellence, and drive growth with a hands-on, strategic leadership style.

You will build a capable team, manage budgets and KPIs, and partner with group support functions to deliver exceptional guest experiences while maintaining compliance and a positive workplace culture.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced General Manager to lead and oversee the day-to-day operations of our business. This is a senior leadership position for an individual who can combine strong operational management with commercial awareness, people leadership, and strategic thinking. The successful candidate will take ownership of business performance, ensure operational excellence, develop the team, and help drive the continued growth and success of the company.

You will be a confident decision-maker, an excellent communicator, and someone who enjoys taking responsibility and making things happen.

Group Support

The General Manager role comes with the strength of a wider group behind it, with Health & Safety, HR, Purchasing and Marketing departments supporting your day-to-day operations so you can concentrate on leading the team.

Key Responsibilities
