Job summary

ManpowerGroup Ireland is seeking a Recruitment Consultant in Galway for a 12-month contract. This on-site role offers comprehensive training and the chance to work with a global client base, delivering end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.

You will build strong client relationships, manage KPI-driven performance, and ensure compliant, high-quality candidate experiences while collaborating closely with HR professionals within ManpowerGroup.

Qualifications

• Previous recruitment experience preferred (ideally in manufacturing).
• Proven track record in exceeding KPIs.
• Strong administration skills.
• HR administration experience desirable.
• Client-facing skills and ability to build strong relationships.
• Self-motivated and adaptable.
• Proven ability to take ownership and deliver results.
• Organised, focused, innovative and passionate.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end recruitment and onboarding process.
• Proactive in developing relationships with the client and within ManpowerGroup.
• Learn client workforce requirements while maintaining recruitment/HR processes and documentation.
• Ensure a strong candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding.
• Understand clients' needs and projects to identify suitable candidates.
• Daily client-facing accountability including KPI/SLA performance.
• Maintain recruitment processes and GDPR compliant administration.
• Demonstrate quality and commitment to clients' needs.
• Collaborate with team on day-to-day account delivery.
