Job summary

Manpower Group in Galway is seeking a Recruitment Consultant for a 12-month, on-site contract. You will handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding, building relationships with clients and candidates while ensuring GDPR-compliant processes and a high-quality candidate experience.

• End-to-end recruitment and onboarding experience.
• Ability to build client relationships and manage expectations.
• Strong admin skills and HR administration experience desirable.
• Proven track record of meeting KPIs and SLAs.
• Self-motivated, adaptable and proactive.
• Organised, thorough, and quality-focused.
• Knowledge of GDPR requirements.
• Excellent communication and candidate experience focus.

Responsibilities

• Full responsibility for the end-to-end recruitment and on-boarding process.
• Proactive in developing relationships with the client and within ManpowerGroup.
• Learn about client workforce requirements while creating and maintaining recruitment/documentation.
• Ensure a professional candidate experience from initial contact to onboarding.
• Understand clients' needs and projects to identify suitable candidates.
• Daily client-facing accountability including KPIs and SLAs.
• Maintain administration to high standards, aligning with GDPR.
• Collaborate with the team on day-to-day account delivery.
