RECRUITERS in Dublin is seeking a Company Secretary to join its specialist Funds team. The role targets professionals with 2–4 years’ Co‑Sec experience and hands‑on Irish regulated funds exposure, offering client ownership and board exposure in a high‑caliber portfolio.

You will manage secretarial matters for fund clients, coordinate boards, prepare minutes, handle filings and maintain governance documentation, liaising with directors and legal teams while developing governance capabilities.

Qualifications

• Circa 2–4 years’ funds Co‑Sec experience.
• Irish regulated funds exposure is essential.
• Strong board and minute‑taking exposure.

Responsibilities

• Manage Company Secretarial matters for a portfolio of fund clients.
• Coordinate board meetings, agendas and packs.
• Attend meetings and prepare minutes in detail.
• Oversee statutory and regulatory filings and governance docs.
• Liaise with directors, clients and legal teams; support governance obligations.
