Job summary

G2 Legal Limited is seeking an experienced Funds Company Secretary in Dublin to manage governance for regulated funds, AIFMs and MiFID firms. You will oversee board support, regulatory filings and regulatory compliance, while coordinating PCF/CF onboarding.

The role offers hybrid working in Dublin and opportunities for professional development. Applicants should have at least 3 years in Funds CoSec, strong regulatory knowledge, and experience with governance software such as Blueprint or

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years’ dedicated experience in Funds Company Secretarial practice.
Strong understanding of the Companies Act, ICAV Act, CBI governance regulations and Fitness & Probity requirements.
Hands-on experience with governance software such as Blueprint or Diligent Entities.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary governance contact for regulated entities, AIFMs, MiFID firms and investment fund portfolios.
Deliver end-to-end meeting management—drafting agendas, compiling and circulating board packs, facilitating meetings, writing minutes and tracking actions.
Ensure board alignment with Corporate Governance Codes and CBI standards; manage regulatory filings in a timely manner.
Coordinate fitness and probity documentation for PCFs/CFs and assist with CBI IQs.
